Your ideas

Vanishingly few people are meta-rational enough to try really hard to falsify their own ideas. Your brain really wants to find reasons to support what you believe. It’s an unfamiliar and strange mental motion to invert that, and find the strongest arguments against your own beliefs.

I know this is a known bias, but with the intrusion of LLMs, it seems a whole lot easier now to amplify wrong ideas instead of helping invert them.
